Local Leagues
We enter two local leagues:
- the Aldershot and Camberley District Badminton League (ACDBL) with a number of other local clubs.
- the Surrey Junior League with fewer clubs of a higher standard.
We also enter local and national tournaments.

Tournaments
Our members are encouraged to participate in individual tournaments too, including:
- Internal graded and handicapped Swifts tournaments
- ACDBL graded tournaments – acdbl.co.uk
- Jubilee tournament – jubileetournament.co.uk
- Surrey Schools Tournaments – surreybadminton.co.uk
- Badminton England Bronze/Silver/Gold national tournaments, gaining players national rankings – badmintonengland.co.uk
Tournaments are often graded by ability to level the playing field.
Matches
Swifts organises around 100 matches annually. The majority of these are against other local clubs, but we also supplement these with friendly internal matches. These allow our players even greater access to competitive match play and prepare them for tournaments.
