Safety

The coaches and organisers of Swifts Junior Badminton Club will take care and consideration for the safety of all children attending the various sessions of the club, but cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur or for any loss of property during such sessions.

Health

You agree to keep Swifts up-to-date of any medical condition, injury or anything else that could affect your child’s health and safety.

Information and data usage

The parent or guardian of the child consents that the information given in this application may be stored by Swifts and may be used within the club or disclosed, where appropriate, for the reasonable purposes of running Swifts, including administration, safety, and child protection. It will not be disclosed for any other purpose.
